Please Read Before Buying
Our eBooks and bundle are downloadable digital products, and downloaded files cannot be returned. Before purchasing, we strongly recommend reading the free sample chapter and the reviews, and previewing the freely available book content on our YouTube channel — so you can be sure the style and material are the right fit before you pay.
Digital Products
Current digital editions are downloadable products. Once files have been delivered, they cannot be returned — so refunds are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In exceptional cases, if you have a genuine reason — for example a technical problem, a duplicate order, or receiving the wrong files — email us at support@thebookofpook.com. We will review the request in good faith and, if we find it genuine, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
Refund Situations We Review
We may approve a refund in situations such as:
- Technical issues preventing access to your purchased content
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Material mismatch between what was purchased and what was delivered
- Other genuine issues that we verify in good faith
What We Cannot Guarantee
Because this is a downloadable product, we cannot guarantee automatic refunds once the files have been delivered or shared. We do, however, review legitimate requests carefully and try to be fair with genuine cases.
Paperback Products
Paperback editions are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Returns and refunds for physical books are subject to Amazon's return policy. Please direct all paperback return requests through your Amazon account.
How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe your order should be reviewed:
- Email us at support@thebookofpook.com
- Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
- Describe the issue clearly and mention what you already tried
- We will review your request within 2 business days
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the European Union: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for many purchases. For digital content, that right may be waived once delivery begins, depending on the consent provided at checkout.
